The mind and the body are inextricably linked; what we eat and the amount of activity we have during a day will influence the way that we think, feel and behave. Active Listening for Wellbeing CIC has grown from Maureen and Alex’s personal, work-life experiences and the things they have found to be useful in understanding how to build resilience for themselves, including the people they have worked alongside over a number of years.
