ABOUT US

Active Listening for Wellbeing CIC is underpinned by the belief, that people can make changes which will positively affect the way they live their lives and interact with others. Our combined life experiences of working in large organisations including; the Army, the National Health Service and the Education sector, have provided us with a special interest in supporting people working in or transitioning from these organisations. We provide bespoke stress management, positive communication, wellbeing and resilience education, and training, to groups and organisations based on their identified needs. Additional support includes, coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision to individuals and groups.
