ABOUT US

Active Listening for Wellbeing  is underpinned by the belief that people can make changes that will positively affect the way that they life their lives. Our combined life experiences of working in large organisations including; the Army, the National Health Service and Education sector, have provided us with a special interest in supporting people working in these organisations and those who are transitioning from the forces; veterans and their families. However, we offer personal training, counselling, coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision to all. We provide bespoke wellbeing and resilience education, as well as training to groups and organisations based on their identified needs.
